Returns

• All purchases are final and non-refundable.

• We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

• Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

• Exchanges may be considered only for defective or damaged products, and only after careful inspection by our quality team.

• To request an exchange, please contact us at stylefactorydelhi@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos or videos of the issue.

• If your request is approved after verification, we’ll arrange an exchange for the same item or provide store credit.

• The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
