As a small business offering curated and often made-to-order pieces, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re always here to help resolve any concerns with your order.
Returns

All purchases are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered only for defective or damaged products, and only after careful inspection by our quality team.

To request an exchange, please contact us at stylefactorydelhi@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos or videos of the issue.

If your request is approved after verification, we’ll arrange an exchange for the same item or provide store credit.

The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
Non-Apparel Items
Please note that non-apparel items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
